It was a great experience! Pretty fast service and we got an instant upgrade because they didn't have our service level of car available! I would definitely use them again!
They did not honor my reservation two days in a row. The second time I called a few hours before just to confirm that they would have a car and I was told that there would be a car available. But 30 minutes before I got a message that they were sold out again and could not honor my reservation. I would not trust reservations from these central PA branches.
However, I also rented from the Hartzdale Street address near this facility a couple months back & in both cases, the vehicles were unswept & dirty -- had food in the backseat this time. Need some QA/QC checks implemented.
Phoned in advance for car rental and pickup - On the day I was to be picked up - I was told that they were short staffed and could not do the pickup. So I then had to hire a taxi to the car rental facility - While on the way there I called Enterprise again just to make sure that they had a car there for me. Low and behold, they could not honor that commitment either. I was re-routed to another facility where I was finally graced with a car rental. No free - upgrade, no call to warn me - It was a fiasco and for someone who rents cars on a regular basis, it is unlikely that I will ever do business with enterprise again.
